Course good and enjoyable. Did not feel like a waste of time. I actually learned something. Venue was BAD Coffee and condiments not refreshed, had to keep you cup for the day. Never had to do that ever. No bin provided even after asking for one.

Nathan was great. Kept us entertained throughout making sure we all stayed awake and comfortable.

It was really very interesting and knowledgeable. I learned a lot from this training.

Very good and impacting Teacher, she is gentle and very resourceful. She answered every question in detailed not minding how far she has gone. I strongly recommend her for every Healthcare workers. Godbless you.

Overall all was great Jackie was great. Holiday inn just need to put a clear signage of where the course is located.
