good training and advice but not ideal for the residents in our home

thank you for the course but as a learning experience it did not feel as effective as an in-person course some quiz questions were ambiguous; you could do with using more accurate language . A also felt that the questions did not really target the knowledge of the person taking the course

I really enjoyed the training and found it very informative. The trainer was excellent knowledgeable, engaging, and clear in the way he delivered the session. He explained everything well, encouraged participation, and made the training easy to understand. The course was well organised, and I feel more confident in applying what I learned.
