I found John a very good trainer explaining things in a way that was easy to understand, gave us time to put our views and answered all our questions in a very professional and knowledgeable way.

Unfortunately we could not use the Hoist because the sling was missing. But the trainer was knowledgeable, patient and attentive to the trainee questions. Overall I appreciate the approach, the slides, and the examples used. Useful to have some handouts next time.

Excellent trainer. The presentation videos about moving and handling should be revises as for example the use of transfer sheet was not entirely correct I.e. holding of the sheet by the handlers etc.
