Course started late due to trainer unavailability, seemed unprofessional from the organisation as this was a paid training session. Also start times clashed from the zoom link, course booking and reminder text messages.

Course started an hour late and felt some of the course content was filling time and not that relevant.

Training started an hour late due to an emergency with trainer but the explained and apologised was confused how training still finished at original time?

The trainer was great. The venue owner rude and patronising, had to pay for a hot drink, some people travelled all the way from Cornwall- imagine arriving and meeting with that. I think they charged for the parking as well - lucky I parked down the road

Trainer was excellant and knowledgable but trainees too mixed, different knowledge levels and skills.

Rude comments made about a person by a group of adults. Trainer managed it well and so to be understanding

Co trainers were amazing. Best part of the training
