Diane made all the sessions engaging and enjoyable, encouraging us to push ourselves out of our comfort zones and work hard on improving in areas we felt needed the focus. The course material was great and brought real value rather than just being a generic tick box type of programme.

I attended a four-session course which I found genuinely valuable. It helped me understand my own DISC style and, just as importantly, recognise it in others. That’s already made a difference in how I approach people and situations day to day.
