I attended a four-session course which I found genuinely valuable. It helped me understand my own DISC style and, just as importantly, recognise it in others. That’s already made a difference in how I approach people and situations day to day. The training was well presented throughout, and Diane was an excellent trainer—engaging, clear, and easy to learn from. Overall, well worth doing.

The knowledge and experience that Diane gave to us all in my opinion was outstanding. The information that she brought to the table and how she got it across was superb, and had a huge impact on myself personally and completely changed the way I carried out my role as a site manager. If I could have had this Coarse off Diane 2o years ago I would be a much more proffesional manager now

Diane was brilliant from start to finish, engaging, passionate and informed. The whole course was very comprehensive and Diane was an excellent communicator throughout, making all participants feel involved and enthusiastic about self development. Diane is also a great listener and lets conversation flow when important topics are covered. I have attended a number of management courses over the years, but Diane delivers leadership development in a way that is both engaging and highly practical. Throughout the programme, there was a strong emphasis on meaningful self-reflection. Not only individually, but as a group. Diane created a supportive environment that encouraged honest discussion and personal growth. As a result, I came away with practical tools and guidance that I can immediately apply in my role to develop myself further and better support my team. Each session was thoughtfully followed up with a clear summary and encouraging words of support. Diane was consistently approachable, generous with her time and genuinely invested in our development.

A brilliantly delivered course from Diane, she makes you think and consider everything you do, this course is not just about your work life its about you as a person and how you interact with other people whether these are colleagues, customers or family. We bounded as a cohort too, which I did not expect to happen. Thank you Diane!

Diane is fantastic, she is truly engaging and ensures that the content of her sessions are tailored to suit both your individual and business needs. She involves everyone in the discussion and takes time outside of the sessions to work with you. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

This was an absolutely fantastic course. Diane puts things in a down to earth manor which people can relate to easily. I've always been sceptical regarding Personal Development style courses but I found myself being thoroughly engaged and really enjoying, taking on board and utilising the skills Diane has taught. Fantastic, can't highly recommend this and Diane enough 5 stars!!!
