I found the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course to be extremely informative and professionally delivered. The course material was well structured, clearly presented, and thoroughly explained, which made it easy to understand and enabled me to learn a great deal throughout the training. Everything was organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. I particularly appreciated the comprehensive information shared before the course, including the pre-course quiz, which provided ample time to prepare and helped ensure a more effective and engaging learning experience. The trainer Elizabeth Walker excellent knowledge of the subject and created a positive learning environment that encouraged participation and understanding. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and the valuable knowledge I have gained.Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their auditing skills and knowledge of ISO 9001.
The course was excellent. The instructor was very patient and the course was very much at the required level for me to understand. I would be very open ot more sessions from the trainign provider on this topic or others

Great refresher course on Minitab. It has been over 5 years since I last used Minitab.
I was not familiar with Minitab beforehand and unsure of what to expect, however Grainne removed any of my concerns from the get-go. Very practical, informative and excellent handout to refer back to.
I found this course honestly very clear concise and helpful while also very engaging in a relaxed but also stress free environment .this course i ferverntly believe should be communicated and a mainstay for all companys who have workers from new to intermediate to experienced in the work environment in what we were delving into but also just in life.john collins himself is fantastic at providing this course. His knowledge, mindset, and active enegagement with his ability to actively engage any type of person in a respectful and professional manner while also bringing a good joy to the course and room.but also making the course fun .you actually learn key aspects of the course without even trying as a company your lucky to have him.
