Really enjoyed this training. Would strongly advise all colleagues whom interview to take course. If Gina is rolling out any other training i would happily take part. Best trainer i have worked with.
Overall I was very impressed with the course, it has provided me with clarity and structure around HACCP implementation and verification which will support me in my role and our companies continued growth.

Found this course one of the best I have completed from start to finish, Gina the instructor I found very interesting and had so much knowledge and I gained so much from the course. She made us feel at ease and we were able to have open discussions with the group which was very beneficial.
This was a learning through fun experience which we all really enjoyed and took alot of learnings from. The beauty of it is we will all be able to use these skills / learnings routinely & advise others as to what we can easily improve on currently. Information booklet & slides will be v. useful too going forward.
