Excellent training provided on this course on a topic in which I had little knowledge on at the beginning but by the end I can confidently say that I have gathered a strong grasp of this topic from the full day course. Would certainly recommend this course to my peers to complete.
My objective was to apply knowledge gained during this course to auditing our suppliers, I believe this was achieved.

Edel was a very friendly, fantastic trainer and encouraged everyone to take part in discussions. It was very helpful to hear the perspectives from a range of different manufacturers.
Annmarie was a great tutor. Difficult to deliver when it is quite text heavy but was delivered well and she had good relevant examples.
