I liked how there were real world examples of threats and risks and how they were dealt with in the factory, I also liked that it was very interactive and kept us interested.

The course can be delivered in more meaningful way by allocating more time or reducing the scope.
I find this course very beneficial. I feel like I have a much better knowledge of Food defense and food fraud and feel I can help with making changes to the current manuals in place.
