Thank you very much Brian. This was a fantastic course. I feel much more confident about validation now. The course was content heavy but it is great to have all the tools and resources to read back over it now.
Honestly, one of the best training sessions I attended. The course certainly levels you up in terms of understanding the standard and the methodology/mentality that needs to be applied by the auditor in a practical sense.
I feel like I was able to soak up all the information over the two days. The course has definitely helped me to up skill my knowledge to my preferred goal.

Attending has definitely improved my knowledge in food safety and quality management systems. It forces you to interrogate and challenge the current controls within your own manufacturing process step by step.
