Good overview and practical application of the RCA process. While I would have had previously used components of the RCA process, the training has provided an overall framework and logical approach to RCA process.
Good knowledge of the TACCP and Vaccp assessments and confident to put into place on the site
Good pace with well timed breaks. Delivery from the tutor was great, especially considering the "dry" nature of the topic.
John is great, very knowledgable and really friendly. The course material was a little bit repetitive and I really did not enjoy the batch number segments.
The overall is very positive. I learned a lot of things that I am sure that I will implement.
