I enjoyed this course. It met my objectives. Good overview of the subject matter, and information on resources to obtain further information, and for further reference.

Great course that gave me an good introduction to Food Fraud, TACCP and VACCP. Tutor has an in-depth knowledge of the subject.

Very good course

Really good course as a place to start on food fraud and adulteration, good reference documents provided, good understanding of how our suppliers should be assessing threats when it comes to food fraud and putting control measures in place. Would like to learn more about specific product categories we should be watching out for, emerging threats in today's world etc.
