Discussion on topics and experiences were engaging and really highlighted our good systems and workings and also where we need to focus and improve on going forward
Good course overall and well delivered. Interaction could have been better but this would have been the case if face-to-face I feel.
Quite happy with course would have picked a better day than Monday for delivery as Monday is always a busy day
It’s was great, it was well organised and delivered and I’ve taken a lot of notes on how to make improvements to my report writing style
good resources made available that can be used in future. Adequate number of breaks Tutor used real examples to explain This is my 4th course with SQT and i have a 5th one lined up.
