Very enjoyable course

The aim for me was as a refresher course on the ISO standard and I found that this course achieved that aim.

Online was fine but my preference is face-to-face. I had good interaction with my breakout group but would have benefited from more general discussions among the wider group.

I enjoyed it

Good course. Grainne was very helpful and involved everyone in the discussions and listened to out input and ideas for root cause analysis.
