excellent course with an excellent tutor. Really enjoyed the course.

The course was well laid out and presented. Quite information heavy for 2 days but the balance between absorbing information vs actual practical was good. Denis was a great tutor who kept us engaged and got the points across brilliantly. My original goals for the course have been achieved, I have development my risk based thinking, expanded my knowledge on food safety, risk, hazards, causes, control and can now apply this to Risk Assessment both at work and outside of work.

The course was well-designed and provided valuable knowledge in a clear and accessible manner. The instructor was knowledgeable and approachable, which greatly enhanced the learning experience. While there are a few areas that could benefit from added interactivity and pacing adjustments, the course successfully met its objectives and left me feeling more confident in the subject matter. I appreciate the opportunity to participate and look forward to future courses.

Its ok to attend online but more benefiter if face to face, but overall, it was excellent & we got good information regarding sample selection process.
