Discussion on topics and experiences were engaging and really highlighted our good systems and workings and also where we need to focus and improve on going forward

Good course overall and well delivered. Interaction could have been better but this would have been the case if face-to-face I feel.

Quite happy with course would have picked a better day than Monday for delivery as Monday is always a busy day
