John and Ita were great and very helpful. They word thing differently to each other and that really helps as sometimes simply wording things another way can really help with understanding. The Grammer was daunting to read through before the course, but John made it much less so as he went through and gave detailed reasoning and explanations.

Really interesting course

Enjoying the course so far and learning about the DMAIC approach, happy with virtual training and the sessions are the right amount of time with 2 and a half hours so you don't feel burned out at the end and not too overwhelming
