Excellent, Ita is a great teacher!

Really enjoyed the course and thi k it will be beneficial for the overall culture of the factory

The course was well delivered, Denis was sharp always in control and was a fount of knowledge in every aspect in relation to the meat processing industry.

Excellent course it really open up my mind

Good and interesting

Content and tutor were great. Got a great understanding coming out of the two days and alot more confident in my responsibilities on the HACCP team now as a result. The venue though convenient to travel to and from, there was constant knocking and drilling particularly on day 2, while on my overnight there, there was a disturbance at 4am in the hall that the hotel were very slow to resolve, resulting in a shite nights sleep. Food to be fair was good but that was the only positive I'd take from the hotel.

Denis knowledge of his job is excellent and dilevers it very well

It was a very good course and learned a lot so thank you very much.
