Really enjoyed the course, I feel like it highlights to anyone alot of the lean steps that are put in play everyday that we are just not aware off and then allows us to build on them and improve our grasp and understanding of Lean 6. I thought that delivery was clear and concise and Ashling was very responsive and helpful

Really enjoyed and benefited from this course having no experience writing deviations! Jean and Ita were kind and respectful. I felt at ease during the session. This made it easier to present and speak up. I am confident I can bring what I learned in technical writing, my project on improving the write-up of deviations and potentially writing one in the future. Thanks a mill Jean and Ita!
