Gina and Emer are brilliant at what they do. I have done a few courses with SQT, but I must say this was not at all what I expected and I learned a lot about myself, my colleagues and others around me. I will take many things that I learned from this into not only my working life, but my personal life.

I enjoyed the course and tutors knowledge was great. We will more than likely incorporate the excel used in the example to structure our own RCA and investigation outcomes.

Excellent course - The knowledge of the trainer was excellent. She was able to understand the different trainees and positions we were in within our relevant businesses. Examples were broken down, and everyone was able to gain specific knowledge relevant to their work. Joan was very friendly, relatable and her industry experience sung through.
