Really enjoyed the course overall

Very enjoyable course and all my learning expectations were met. The trainer was very good also.

Edel Jones has great presentation skills and plenty of experience to share regarding food industry and associated HACCP protocols

Thoroughly enjoyed this course, I learnt so much and it was explained to me in detail on areas I had queries. I had less information that the others but with the delivery of material from Peter I didn't feel like I was at any disadvantage at all. I have gained a lot of new information to which I feel I could give my input going forward

Edel Jones was very good at presenting and made sure to include everyone and that everyone understood as we went along
