Enjoying the course so far and learning about the DMAIC approach, happy with virtual training and the sessions are the right amount of time with 2 and a half hours so you don't feel burned out at the end and not too overwhelming

Elizabeth is a great tutor. Her delivery of the content is done in a warm and professional manner. The course felt more collaborative than instructional but so valuable.

Overall, the course was very enjoyable, and the tutor (Elizabeth) was very experienced and able to pass on her knowledge and the content of the course in a relaxed and calm manner. Bernie from SQT was also extremely helpful in preparing for the course and ensuring all required information and documents were available.
