very good interactive training course with everyone encouraged to be involved Everyone was involved in the learning very practical training that will improve the food safety culture on site using a more systematic training approach than we currently have big commitment of time from trainees which is proof of the quality of the course

Really well laid out course. Great knowledge provided by trainer. Valued information from peers as well was welcomed. Found breakout rooms really helpful and informative. Would suggest possibly give clear guidelines as what to discuss during breakout rooms.
