Very enjoyable interesting well run course and Finbarr was great. I would prefer face to face course.

Attending has definitely improved my knowledge in food safety and quality management systems. It forces you to interrogate and challenge the current controls within your own manufacturing process step by step.

The course was very informative and interactive and helped us voice out our thoughts and receive useful input too.

A good well rounded course. A little fast on technical aspects and worked examples. May have been better to do this aspect in person as opposed to online.
