Edel delivered the course information in a professional , yet relaxed format. Edel kept our attention and the break periods came at the correct time. It was very informative and, with me coming from a production managememt side of the business, I felt that this has improved my knowledge, to both improve my skills with 3rd party audits and carrying out my own internal audits.

Great course, enjoyed the groupwork as it ensured good engagement throughout. The pacing was just right also, never felt too overwhelmed/underwhelmed! Definitely learned new skills when it comes to technical writing which will be implemented into my work! Ita was a great tutor, very encouraging and very knowledgeable.
