Great course and learned a lot. Kevina has brilliant communication skills and a great understanding of how each individual is working through their work. She answered all questions to a high degree and left no stone unturned in her approach and delivery of content.

It was asked on the second day, if we had a question, if we didn't understand something, or would like to know something, and he said he was taking notes to answer on the last day, but it didn't happen. After the mean break on day two, we went too fast into the subjects, and some slides were not checked. It was said to us that we would receive more material at the end because there was some material that the instructor showed, read, explained, and we didn't have access to, and sometimes I got lost, but there is no material to check what is going on. A part of that was very good. Thanks.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, Gina was great, and the mock training session pushed me out of my comfort zone somewhat by having to do it in front of my colleagues, which I find more difficult than doing in front of my clients or strangers. But watching the video made me realize that I was actually better than how I felt at the time. I would recommend that that the course be accredited to give a qualification even if it meant extending it somewhat (e.g. one of the weeks instead of one day, could have two days back to back)
