Very enjoyable session. Very practical.

Very productive two days,a lot of usefull information and tolls to implement,rewiev and improve in workplace.

Very engaging and insightful, i liked the way the tutor used humor as a tool to get certain points across, made the knowledge gained more absorbable and relatable.

Edel was brilliant! It's not easy to find someone that can deliver a good online training and Edel has all skills to to do it.
