It was brand new for me and I did receive a lot materials about audit where I haven't any experience.
Very well run course, presenter was fantastic and the content was perfect.
The tutor gave excellent 'real life' and everyday examples to explain points and scenarios which gave me a greater understanding of what was being explained. Also in terms of audit report and how to phrase the questions it was good to get the proper language and terminology to use from auditor perspective.
The course was very useful to me as I already carry out Quality Audits but this course has given me just the right knowledge that I will need to carry out integrated audit.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great continued learning opportunity from excellent instructors.
