It was well structured and highly practical, and it gave us a clear understanding of DMAIC and how to apply the tools effectively to achieve real results. I want to specifically highlight Ashling Keogh, who delivered the sessions with exceptional clarity and depth. Her wealth of knowledge and coaching, especially during the mentoring and A3 review, helped us understand the material in depth and build confidence in applying it to our project work.
