Very helpful two day course to better my knowledge and understating of HACCP. Denis was excellent in group discussions and interactions. I will implement the course learnings to my FSMS.

Great course. Learned so much. Denis has so much subject knowledge & expertise in this area and imparts it in a way that is easy to understand and relate to my role. Being on the course with people from other food industries was a great as resulted in cross learning
