I found this course really interesting and infromative. As a graduate working in FSQ, this course was very valuable for me. It will allow me to carry out internal audits within the company I work for and travel to different sites while doing so. The course was delivered at a great pace and the tutor Edel Jones made everything very easy to understand and is very knowledable in her area.
I found the course very interesting and very informative. It gave me a great understanding of the information requested from auditors when previously audited. Im looking forward to putting my new found knowledge into action. Edel was fantastic, it gave me a sense of ease when I saw that she was the Tutor on this course after having her as my tutor for HACCP 6. She kept us all engaged and encouraged participation
