My initial thoughts were not positive for a compulsory 4 hour training course - I thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a lot both for work & at home.

Joan was very good , I’ve been presenting for long and I’ve been able to see few things am missing during my presentations in this course . The course was very clear and straight forward
