Course was delivered vey professionally and with empathy for people who never done auditing before

The tutor gave excellent 'real life' and everyday examples to explain points and scenarios which gave me a greater understanding of what was being explained. Also in terms of audit report and how to phrase the questions it was good to get the proper language and terminology to use from auditor perspective.
