Very good course. Very well written material, well directed classes, the expertise of the tutor really stands out. His capability to answer question is very good. I'm very satisfied with the overall quality of it.

Friendly and helpful delivery of the course was appreciated. Answering questions throughout and at the end was helpful.

Edel was an excellent tutor. She went at a good pace and ensured all questioned were answered. My Haccp knowledge has much improved and I look forward to putting it to practice
