I did CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 with Alan in Bristol. Great guy, I couldn't have asked for anything more from him. His teaching style is excellent and to the point, course material is easy to follow. Booking was easy, facilities are excellent. Cannot recommend Simply Academy highly enough.
I have had Alan Downing as a tutor also in cemap 1. He was a great inspiration and due to his background knew any questions thrown at him. I Would definitely recommend, and would be looking to come back on equity release workshop with Alan also. Steve Collins.

Alan Downing made it very easy to absorb a large amount of information in a short space of time! 100% worth the extra cost over doing it on a self study level.
