Excellent course and trainer, would recommend the course to anyone and would definitely recommend Alan Downing very laid back down to earth but knowledgeable trainer who's deliverance was 5*. Only point i would make is that in the exam a lot of questions came up that i had never seen before in the mocks or past papers.

I totally enjoyed the course with an exceptional tutor- Alan Downing. He paced the course to suit everyone and ensured that the content was understood. He was accommodating and patient on re-visiting topics to clear up any queries.
I Purchased CMAcert as part of the CeMAP course bundle deal and found not only the quality but the content of both courses to be of the highest standard. Where CeMAP teaches you the rules and regulations the CMAcert teaches the actual skills required to generate business etc which has proven to be invaluable. Bravo!
I thought Brendon was fantastic. He ensured the course material was relevant and simplified each topic to target his audience. His examples were clear and understanding of the subject matter was excellent.
