I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship with Simply Academy! My tutor, William Beattie was amazing and was there every step of the way, helping with any concerns or queries I have had. I feel I have had great support through the whole apprenticeship from William and the rest of the Simply Academy team, keeping me updated throughout. I would definitely look to do any future training with Simply Academy and will be sure to recommend.

Maybe because it was over Zoom but all others I have done with Paul I cam away feeling confident this one seemed rushed and trainer did not seem as knowledgeable on the subject matterResponse : Hi Claire. Thank you for providing us with your feedback and sorry you do not feel as confident with your CeRER learning, as you did with your previous CeMAP tuition. The CeRER syllabus is intensive and can seem daunting, so we would always encourage our students to raise any concerns they have whilst on course. As you can imagine each tutor has their own individual tuition style, however, we can assure you that they are all highly skilled and knowledgeable with many years industry experience. Please be aware that your booking is backed by our Pass Assurance scheme, therefore should you require any further support post course, please do feel free to get in touch with our Student Support team whom will be happy to assist further. The course was great and my trainer (Darren McDonnell) was so helpful in developing me within my role. He would always sacrifice time and be willing to help whenever. Can't recommend Simply and Darren enough. Great service.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it continuously engaging. Throughout I didn't feel as if I was uninformed or confused and felt comfortable with the learning I was undertaking at each stage.

Having spent 2 full weeks doing the online webinars with your tutor - Mr Dave Beaver I can honestly say as a complete beginner to the subject Dave was extremely patient and kind. His teaching methods truly are one of a kind. Dave has ways of explaining the material in a way that it sticks in your memory without you even realising that you've retained it. He keeps the classes light hearted, fun and to the point. I passed my CeMAP 1 first time and I'm just about to take my CeMAP 2 and 3 exams. I feel well prepared with many thanks to Dave. First of all Terry was a really knowledgeable, lovely guy. I liked how he told story’s to bring the subject to life. I liked the content of the course, what I struggled with was I found it very tell. The course description said it would be interactive however I didn’t find this the case. Maybe for future courses, placing learners into virtual breakout rooms with scenarios or questions to work through. Perhaps the trainer could ask direct questions instead of all of them being airshot to keep the learners engaged? These are just examples where I think it could be improved, however I and my other 3 colleagues that were on the course did pass our CeRER and the course definitely helped that result. Many Thanks
