Really enjoyed the course and feel more knowledgeable about Mental Ill Health
For the 2 days we had covered, we had a teacher called salman who covered those 2 days, a very good and informative teacher, explained every situation perfectly and made it easier to understand the knowledge Additionally Dave was a great teacher aswell as a whole, very supportive and informative
Overall the sessions were good and informative but the staff at the venue lacked decent customer service skills and the rooms were cold
I really enjoyed all the classes and our tutor was so helpful and polite she really put efforts into it and I have learned so many things from it.
I think that course was professional and enjoyable.The venue was good but needs improving. The room was cold but overall it was a positive experience.
It was a fantastic course and I hope I would secure the job with Smyth's toys.
Good but i got distracted alot by a group next door to us.
