Overall, the training content was useful and communicated effectively. The tutor demonstrated good knowledge of the subject and successfully delivered the required material. However, I had concerns about aspects of his conduct and professionalism, as outlined above, which detracted from an otherwise effective training experience.

It was a well set out course, I was able to gain a lot of information in a short time without being overwhelmed.
