Conflicting information from different trainers
A good and helpful session to show the quality of care and how important it is to follow care plans and listen to everything a client is telling you
It was hard for me because I’m not confident with computers but John was so very helpful, understanding and patient with me, John helped any way he could to reassure me 👍
I enjoyed the break out rooms, and the trial at the end, it was very engaging
Was a struggle as internet was poor but came in half way through better
