I found this course fun & informative.

It was okay, It was a bit mundane as I already knew most of this information. I was not given the link and was not sent this until my manager sent the link the morning of the course. I did try to participate and not answer all of the questions and i did make notes. This did not help me in any form for my apprentecship however I appreciate the fact it is a mandatory.

Not geared to my particular way of learning.

Very basic learning that could be done at home, classroom based for 8 hours with discussions that were already knowledge

I think this will Potentially be a great course ,Unfortunately to many IT issues at present.
