I’ve enjoyed the session today despite technical issues .. we seemed to muster through very well! I find the tasks and the journal etc difficult to navigate at times but I’m sure I will work it out!

Donna has been an excellent trainer. Very friendly. Made to feel relaxed

It was a good session with my trainer ,she explained very well and gave good examples to think for writing different types of writing.

Very good course , clarified a lot of misinformation about driving , the learning interface is brilliant . Delivery of course was fabulous, lots of interaction with colleagues and the trainer , really happy I attended the course, it has made me a better

Only thing was there was no heating in room for first two three sessions then jenny sort it out

I learn something about CQC

Overall another good session and great to get to speak to the other members on the cohort.

i understand the subject a lot more now than when i come into the meeting
