overall the course was good, helped me massively gain knowledge and skills for the upcoming career I hope to advance in. I am very impressed with what my tutor has taught me, I came here with 0 expectations and now I feel pretty confident to work on the doors and possibly more.
Bev the trainer is a real asset and her knowledge of SEN and delivery should be utilised for all future courses
Really nice welcoming atmosphere. Was nervous about the course before starting but quickly warmed up and engaged more. Learning felt easy and the information an the way it was taught made it easy to understand and remember.

The room we sat in was was good size but it should have windows.
Very good course materials but a bit short on delivery. I would suggest 2 weeks for the delivery of the overall course.
