This is a great course and includes everyone. It gives a great understanding of what happens in customer service and how difficult it can be dealing with customers.

It was exceptional, a really informative, engaging as well as motivational experience. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and getting a lot out of it. The things you learn are inspirational for other parts of my life too. There were a lot of people doing it - unsurprisingly - and Joanna had a much to coordinate, but still had time for personal contact and was very helpful, giving good, expert advice.
Joanna created a lovely environment to learn it and made sure everyone understood what was being taught. Great coach
