Really enjoyed this course

Overall, it is a really great training opportunity to better prepare me to be a mental health first-aider. The instructors are super nice too to talk with and knowledgeable for questions. I think to add the role-play might be useful to practice the communication skills, which would put what you intend to do (in discussion) into 'action', would also provide a perspective to try think from the young person's view.

Elin was fab at looking after us as well as educating us. There were no wrong answers and everyone was really open and honest about their experiences.
