The course was great, Darren delivered it at the perfect pitch, he showed sensitivity to the nature of the subjects, encouraging class members to take breaks if they felt uncomfortable and offered support if required. I feel more confident in my ability to assist an individual in crises from the continuous revisiting of the ALGEE acronym and from sharing experiences with class members and learning from Darren's professional experiences. I would recommend for others to attend.

I enjoyed the training very much and would like to go on to booking onto the Youth Mental first aid.
