I feel more confident in approaching someone in a Mental Health Crisis or who needs Advice/support plus in being able to look at the manual this has a wealth of knowledge. Thank you again! Although a sensitive and triggering topic for some, the course was delivered in a way that was compassionate and understanding. All participants felt valued.

Great course that I would recommend to others, the trainer Steve was very good and made us think about things rather than just give us the material which I find suits my learning style.

The course content was delivered professionally and encouraged exploration of the topics in an inviting way. There was a good balance of space to discuss and prompting to continue to the next topic. The films helped to break up the content and also provide an illustrative example of the topic.
