Informative course with detailed content on each subject matter

I found the course very helpful and informative and feel I am now on a better place should I have to deal with a member of staff facing these difficulties.

Andrea made the course interesting and very informative, she is an excellent tutor.

I enjoyed the course, both instructors were excellent, knowledgeable and confident in the subject area. There was a good balance between discussion, information share and breakouts.

Excellent course but with a lot of heavy content, it may be better to extend to three days.
