Amazing 2 days!!

Some of the topics were very difficult, but both tutors approached them with sensitivity. The training was pitched at the right level for me and I feel for the whole group.

Great training and Louise was fab. Really worthwhile

What I particularly liked about the course was that we could choose what we wanted to get out of it in a way. We could make further research into particular modules through the handbook to further enhance our knowledge.

Good course overall but i thought there was an over use of breakout rooms and would have been more benficial talking about the topics as a group.

Very enjoyable and informative course

Really good course, every neighbourhood housing manager should attend, it has given me a far better idea around mental health, I thought I had really good knowledge but this course gave me a whole new in-site to this aspect of the job The resources were excellent and well produced . The course was well paced and the instructor was very well versed, I feel that I am now re-armed to think about mental health in our customers with a new point of view. it also highlights the importance of you own mental health. .
