Cheryl was such a brilliant instructor! Clearly very knowledgable and happy to discuss any questions/queries we had. Great reminder and opportunity to practice techniques

Without being directly in the situation it’s very hard to say I will consistently apply everything I’ve learnt however I feel much better equipped to deal with MHFA incidents and crises and have the tools necessary to be a good mental health first aider and be more comfortable and confident

Andrew was brilliant with plenty of time for discussions and many different questions thrown at him which he supported and helped. Thank you once again a very worthwhile course.

Really good course, insightful to youth mental health.

I Really appreciated the whole course, but in particular loved the eating disorder session as I felt I learnt so much. It was delivered with insight and understanding .

My overall query would be that the statistics are 6 years old, and with the pandemic it would be interesting to know if it has changed much. However, that was not possible and hardly worth mentioning!

It was a very informative and enjoyable course. Thank you very much to both of you for your efforts.
