Well ran, i didn't expect to get as much out of it as i have, i enjoyed the course
There was lots of information which was related to personal experience by the trainer and through discussion which helped understanding of how to approach different people / situations
Useful course for my area of work. I am now confident with addressing these issues with learners. Thanks

Found the course to be very informative. It has defiantly given me more confidence to approach a person in crisis and and feel I would be able to help and keep them safe. It’s been a good reminder to take care of yourself during and after such a situation. Both instructors were open and clear in their discussions making it engaging.

Very good overall. Realised that I was doing everything wrong previous for this course so very happy what the course has provided. There was a few tangents that was not always associated with the course material however they were eventually brought back on track.
